Holy Family Catholic School
Welcomes You!

Welcome to Holy Family Parish & School!  The community of Holy Family Parish supports a quality Catholic School grades 3k through eight.

In 2001, after the four surrounding community parishes merged into one parish, known today as Holy Family Parish, the schools within those communities went through several changes. The Parish re-aligned the schools creating what is now known as Holy Family Catholic School, to continue to provide a quality Catholic Education.

Holy Family Catholic School promotes a Christian learning environment focusing on assisting students to progress spiritually, intellectually, socially, physically and emotionally in ways, which enhance self-image and provide opportunities for success. Our teacher student ratio averages eight students per teacher. This promotes a learning environment that allows teachers and students to develop a respect for learning and a desire to develop one's talents. Students participate in daily and weekly prayer services and Liturgies that are held in the school Chapels.

The parishioners of Holy Family Parish have supported the Catholic School for over 100 years. The Catholic School is a commitment to parents in providing children the opportunity of learning about their faith in a quality day school setting.

We invite you to come visit our school, see how our students celebrate their faith and academic learning, and to decide that Holy Family Catholic School is the school for your child.

Blessings on Your Day!

Kearsten Lamers has been chosen as Student of the Month for Holy Family School!  This special recognition is sponsored by the Brillion Optimist Organization.  Holy Family students are given this recognition three times a year.

Kearsten is polite, giving, and thoughtful.  In addition, Kearsten is conscientious about her school work, diligent and hardworking.  There are many qualities that make Kearsten special.

Holy Family Catholic School students participated in the campaign Student to Student… A Catholic School Response for Hurricane Relief 2017. Our students rose to the occasion and collected $314.25 to help the Catholic schools affected by Hurricane Harvey and Irma. The students will continue to pray for their peers whose lives have been turned upside down by this disaster.

Congratulations to Will Lamers on taking 1st place at the Reedsville Spelling Bee! Great Job!

Lenten Activities For School

Prayer is our conversation with God. It is through prayer that we find the strength to fast and to give.  It is through prayer that we develop a closer, deeper relationship with God.  In addition to the classroom activities that each teacher does during Lent, the whole school will be doing a few prayer activities together.

You are welcome to attend any or all of these prayer activities!!

              Friday, February 23:   Stations of the Cross (1:45 p.m. @ school )

Friday, March 9:  Eucharistic Adoration

(12:15 –  1:00 p.m. @ school)

Eucharistic Adoration is honoring The Eucharistic Presence of Christ.  Adoration is the respect and worship we give to Jesus, who is truly present to us under the appearance of bread and wine. The Eucharist is a priceless treasure.

Friday, March 23:  The Chaplet of Divine Mercy (1:45 p.m. @ school)

The Chaplet of Divine Mercy is a Christian devotion to the Divine Mercy.  It is based on the apparitions of Jesus to Saint Faustina Kowalska.  The words of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy were given to Saint Faustina in a vision which occurred in September of 1935.  The message of The Divine Mercy is simple.  It is that God loves all of us and desires to give us mercy.

Wednesday, March 28:  Seder Meal (1:00 p.m. @ school)

A Seder Meal is a memorial prayer service of God’s love for us.  At the Meal we will listen to several passages from the Bible about God’s love for us.  We will also share some foods which symbolize various features of those readings.   We will pray prayers and sing songs together.
